Dr. Chad C. Bangerter D.D.S.

Dr. Bangerter earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Brigham Young University before going on to complete his DDS at the University of Maryland Dental School in 2003. Following graduation, he was commissioned as a Captain in the U.S. Army and completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at Fort Lewis in Washington.

Early in his dental training, Dr. Bangerter discovered a deep interest in endodontics. After practicing general dentistry for three years—and serving a one-year deployment to Afghanistan—he was accepted into the U.S. Army Endodontic Residency Program at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, where he graduated in 2009. This rigorous program provided exceptional clinical experience that he has continued to refine over more than a decade as a specialist. His background in general dentistry also gives him a strong appreciation for the restorative considerations faced by general dentists.

Throughout his 22-year Army career, Dr. Bangerter had the privilege of treating military personnel and their families in a variety of locations around the world. He values the opportunity he’s had to care for such dedicated individuals and credits this experience for honing both his efficiency and his commitment to quality care.

Dr. Bangerter follows what he calls the “Platinum Rule” – treating patients as they wish to be treated. He takes time to listen, communicates with compassion, and works collaboratively with referring dentists to ensure the best possible outcomes for every patient. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Bangerter enjoys spending time with his family, staying active outdoors, and exploring new places. He is excited to bring his expertise, leadership, and heartfelt
approach to patient care to the Prescott community.

Dr. Allen M. Pratt D.M.D

Dr. Pratt earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University and his DDS from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry. He then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada before serving 21 years in the U.S. Air Force. His service took him around the world—from California and Germany to Japan and Chile—where he gained diverse clinical experience and developed a love for travel and adventure.

In 2013, Dr. Pratt completed his Endodontic residency and went on to serve as both a practicing endodontist and instructor at multiple Air Force bases. Most recently, he was the Program Director for the Air Force Postgraduate Dental School’s Endodontics Residency, training future specialists and leading complex surgical cases.

Dr. Allen Pratt is known for his warm demeanor, kindness, and genuine care for others—qualities that make every patient feel at ease. He especially enjoys performing surgery and providing same-day emergency care, where his calm confidence and expertise shine through.

Outside the office, Dr. Pratt and his wife, Stacey, enjoy spending time with their five children—playing games, traveling, and staying active together. He loves all sports, especially volleyball, snowsports, waterskiing, and wake surfing. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Pratt enjoys connecting with patients from all backgrounds. His favorites include pizza, Batman movies (he insists Christian Bale is the best Batman), and ice cream for dessert. Dr. Pratt is honored to bring his years of experience, leadership, and compassion to the Prescott Endodontic Associates team and looks forward to serving the community with excellence in endodontic care.
